I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Istanbul. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The housekeeping service was also excellent, with my room being tidied and refreshed every day. In terms of location, this hotel couldn't have been better situated. It was right next to a tram station, providing easy access to all the major parts of the city. It was also quite near the sightseeings, which was a huge plus for me as I wanted to explore the city during my stay. The breakfast served at the hotel was decent, offering a good variety of options to start the day off right. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and I'm already planning to return in the future.
No improvements needed, everything was just perfect!

The hotel location was perfect for my Easter vacation. It was close to the transportation and I could easily go anywhere I wanted. The hotel also had delicious breakfast with lots of options to choose from. The room was cleaned and arranged every day, which was very satisfying.
My room had a really strong cigarette smell, even though I had requested a non-smoking room. The noise from the wholesale market around the hotel was disruptive and hard to tolerate, especially when trying to sleep.

i thought the elevator was small as i had two children with two push chairs. also the hotel had big stairs at the entrance which made it difficult to enter if you have a push chair.

The location of this hotel is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes away from the tramway and a short walk from the metro station. It's perfect for exploring all the tourist sites in the area. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always responding quickly to any requests or questions. I was impressed with their willingness to accommodate, allowing an early check-in and extending our checkout time. As for the rooms, they were clean and recently renovated, providing basic amenities and even offering the option of an extra bed. Another highlight was the diverse breakfast options, with the stuffed pancakes being an absolute delight.
All was perfectly fine.

the amplasament of the hotel was great, really easy to acces the main atractions of the city, the room was clean and cosy
the staff of the hotel was really bad, in particular one of the receptionists who really put my nervs on the run, there was a problem with the room we stayed in( the toilet water button was broken) so he thought that there will be no problem for us to move in another room ( 3 person room ) with our friend who had a single room one day, until they would fix the problem in our room, of course we rejected his stupid ideea and after that, the bellboy came up in our room and fixed the toilet, after that the receptionist said that there's a problem with the hole collum and we should move to another room so they can fix the problem...we said ok, we moved to another room and after 3 hours in the room was put another bed and was given to a group of 3 people, so there was no problem with the collum of water as the receptionist said, in conclusion really really bad staff, with no interest in tourist matters.
